Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Birch Energy Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
