Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Ember Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
