Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Spokane, WA)

Foxglove Water Authority is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 794 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
