Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Spokane, WA)

Nova Orchard Facilities is a facilities company in Spokane with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
