Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Seattle, WA)

Silverline North Construction is a Seattle contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
