Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Seattle, WA)

Cedar Yarrow Facilities looks after properties across the Seattle region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
