Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Clear Energy is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
