Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Seattle, WA)

Bright Drift Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Seattle, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for production batches and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
