Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Savannah, GA)

Greenridge Ashton Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
