Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Keystone Energy is an energy provider in San Jose focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
