Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (San Jose, CA)

Greenridge Glen Foods Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for ingredient orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
