Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Vista Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Richmond, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
