Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Highbridge Harbor Freight is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
