Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Nova Lantern Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the San Diego region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
