Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Redstone Umber Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Boise. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 410 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for scheduling and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
