Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Meridian Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
