Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Yarrow Foods and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
