Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Highbridge Haven Auto Group is a Tucson company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
