Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Highbridge Pike Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Rochester and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
