Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Rivermark Ridge Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Philadelphia region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
