Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Highbridge Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Jackson, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
