Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fox Construction and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
