Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Foods Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
