Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Northwind Haven Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Wichita region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
