Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Lantern Construction and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 459 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
