Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Redstone Vista Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for billing accounts and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
