Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Foxglove Vista Auto Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 271 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
