Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Silverline Bridge Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 454 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
