Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Bright Rook Auto Group is a Sacramento company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
