Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Meadow Water Authority Associates and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 997 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
