Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Lumen Linden Facilities is a facilities company in Charlotte with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
