Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Ironwood Harbor Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Colorado Springs region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for seasonal crews and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
