Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Rowan Foods and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for ingredient orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
