Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Partners and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track performance measures for weigh tickets and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
