Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Westbrook Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Providence region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
