Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Beacon Auto Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 474 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
