Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Westbrook Wren Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Toledo with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track performance measures for weigh tickets and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
