Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Highbridge Glen Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Cleveland, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
