Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Westbrook Haven Auto Group is a Sacramento company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
