Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Highbridge Hollow Facilities looks after properties across the Birmingham region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 273 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
