Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Summit Meadow Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
