Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Foxglove Birch Farms is an agricultural business based around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for grower contracts and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
