Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Nova Oak Foods Partners is a Memphis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for production batches and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
