Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Granite Water Authority and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 378 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
