Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Ironwood Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
