Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Bright Birch Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Tampa region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
