Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Meridian Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 865 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
