Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sparrow Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for accessibility audits and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
