Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Phoenix region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
