Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Granite Water Authority is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track performance measures for treatment plant data and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with water quality.
